At Sustainable Solutions, we propose a hybrid coating removal technology that combines laser cleaning equipment with high-frequency heating devices for paint stripping. This method rapidly heats the surface of steel materials using IH heating, selectively heating only the adhesive layer of the paint film, which allows for the easy removal of most of the paint film. Afterward, any remaining small amounts of paint film or rust on the surface are cleaned using lasers. This significantly reduces dust and noise issues associated with abrasive blasting and greatly minimizes the generation of secondary waste such as media. **Main Application Areas** These include the removal of paint from steel structures that have been treated for corrosion protection (such as metal spraying and painting), stripping and removal of linings and coatings inside various tanks, and the stripping and removal of FRP.
