This is an introduction to the simplified molds from Technomart. We use high-strength aluminum material to manufacture the insert (product shape) part, and since we share the mold base, we achieve low costs. Additionally, we operate on a 24-hour basis, which allows us to average delivery times to be one-third of the usual. We determine the mold structure according to the customer's requirements. For larger quantities, we propose a sliding mechanism, while for smaller quantities, we suggest using fixed inserts. • Processing Contract

"Vacuum casting" is a method of creating replicas from a master model (such as resin machined products or stereolithography products) using a silicone rubber mold. It is possible to use urethane resin, allowing for transparent or colored products. Additionally, it is possible to produce silicone rubber products using acrylic resin molds. We would like to introduce our "Powder Forming" services. The powder sintering layered manufacturing method is based on shape data from CAD and other sources. It involves sintering and melting resin powder using a laser, layer by layer. • Contract manufacturing

"Light shaping" is a method that uses shape data from CAD and other sources to cure liquid photopolymer resin layer by layer with a UV laser, stacking them on top of each other. It enables the production of freeform surfaces and complex structures that are difficult to achieve with conventional cutting methods, all at a short time and low cost. • Contract manufacturing

We would like to introduce one of Techno Mart's three unique manufacturing methods, "Direct Engraving Processing." By using the appropriate end mill from a stock of 250 types, molds are produced solely through cutting processing. This method allows us to achieve overwhelming advantages in terms of cost and delivery time. We use end mills with a minimum radius of 0.05, enabling us to handle extremely fine groove processing. • Processing Contract

We would like to introduce one of the three unique manufacturing methods of Technomart, the "Placement Core Method." The undercut portion is divided into a core, and along with the ejected molded product, the split core (placement core) is also removed. After that, the placement core is manually taken out, and during the next molding process, the placement core is set back into the mold, and this process is repeated. Our prototype (simple) molds are not all designed for automatic production; by integrating manual processes with digital technology, we can produce prototype (simple) molds at a lower cost while maintaining high quality.
