CLOUDFAX for Google automatically forwards received faxes from your fax machine (multifunction printer) to Google Drive and saves the fax data automatically. It is a reception-only service, and you can view the latest received faxes from anywhere as long as you have internet access to Google Drive. CLOUDFAX for Google has two main features. The first is "automatic saving." Received faxes are automatically received when sent by the other party and are typically printed on paper. This process can be automated without manual intervention. Since the storage location is Google Drive, you can access it from anywhere via the internet. The second feature is "sharing." Since received faxes are saved in Google Drive, if you pre-set sharing for the designated folder within Google Drive with the necessary users, multiple users can view the fax immediately after it is received.
