Keep the current fax machine as it is, and check the contents of received faxes on your smartphone or PC. Moreover, not just "alone," but "together with everyone."
CLOUDFAX for Google automatically forwards received faxes from your fax machine (multifunction printer) to Google Drive and saves the fax data automatically. It is a reception-only service, and you can view the latest received faxes from anywhere as long as you have internet access to Google Drive. CLOUDFAX for Google has two main features. The first is "automatic saving." Received faxes are automatically received when sent by the other party and are typically printed on paper. This process can be automated without manual intervention. Since the storage location is Google Drive, you can access it from anywhere via the internet. The second feature is "sharing." Since received faxes are saved in Google Drive, if you pre-set sharing for the designated folder within Google Drive with the necessary users, multiple users can view the fax immediately after it is received. All you need to use this service is a standard fax/multifunction printer and a Google account. For more details, please feel free to ask our staff.

Applications/Examples of results
<Utilization for order reception and distribution to responsible departments> (Example) In the order reception department of a food wholesale company The staff responsible for receiving wholesale orders first checks the contents of the FAX sent to the representative folder as data (PDF) and then moves (or copies) the FAX data to the shared folder of the relevant department according to that content. The staff of the relevant department then receives the order data from the FAX and arranges the products, using it as a support tool for order processing. <Remote work (working from home) handling FAX> Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it became a challenge to manage who would handle the FAX arriving at the office FAX machine in an environment where no one came to the office. Therefore, we experimentally introduced CloudFax for Google, which allowed us to view FAXes on "Google Drive" online without going to the office. Furthermore, by 'sharing' and 'notifying' the relevant staff based on the content, we were able to achieve information exchange and sharing among colleagues. This eliminated issues with processing received FAXes even in a remote work environment, leading to a resolution of the challenge.
