We would like to introduce the "paper band" that we handle. This product is composed of three layers of paper. The bonding surfaces between each layer and the coating contain 8.6% of components other than paper. "SoniXs" is a band welding technology equipped with Mosca's proprietary ultrasonic sealing head. It transmits low-amplitude, high-frequency vibrations to both ends of the plastic band, and the sonotrode, which is the core of the high-speed sealing unit, joins the ends of the band. This achieves excellent seal consistency and safely protects the package. Since it does not use high-temperature components, there is no risk of burns or other injuries, and there is also no risk of fire for highly flammable products.
