Our company is engaged in the design and manufacturing of plastic molds as well as plastic injection molding. In plastic mold design, we explore mold structures that prioritize production efficiency and ultimately cost reduction, tailored to various situations such as product shapes and production quantities, and provide proposals and technical support to our customers. In plastic injection molding, to accommodate small-lot production of various types, we have adopted the Toyota Production System within our company and are conducting improvement activities to ensure satisfaction in terms of quality, cost, and delivery time.
