Our company is a training and consulting firm that not only improves safety, productivity, and comfort in corporate activities through "cleaning (organization and tidiness)" but also helps transform corporate organizations into "self-sustaining cultures" and "cultures of mutual cooperation." We visit once or twice a month to combine meetings, lectures, on-site guidance, and specific "organization, tidiness, and cleaning" instruction (practical training) to support both the "maintenance of the internal physical environment" and the "transformation of the organizational culture." Furthermore, our company prioritizes support for the president. In cases where "the president does not participate in training but sends employees to training," we may decline support. This is because unless the president positions cleaning as a "management issue" and engages in it, the organizational culture will not change, even if the internal environment appears to be well-organized. "If the internal environment is chaotic," "Why does our company have so many things?" "Why is there so much pressure?" If the president feels this way, it is indeed a sign to start addressing cleaning. We, at Soji Co., Ltd., will assist in corporate reform that begins with the president's own self-transformation.
