PSP aims to be an efficient company with a small team, delivering products through its unique production management system. This system manages everything from order management to process progress management. As soon as an order is entered, the materials and parts used are quickly and automatically checked for inventory, and a work instruction is issued and put into the process. Meanwhile, materials and parts are managed using a reorder point system and are automatically ordered. This system is a total management system based on a new approach that pursues quality (Q), cost (C), delivery (D), and service (S) with a streamlined structure. Production is carried out through this new total management system that seeks quality, cost, delivery, and service with a lean structure.
Business Activities
Panels for Various Standards This is a 19" packaging front panel compatible with standards such as VME-bus and CPCI. These panels require an understanding not only of processing accuracy and tolerances but also of IEC (International), DIN (German), and IEEE (American) standards. Therefore, to ensure peace of mind for first-time users, we offer free documentation and assistance with design and drafting. Machined Products We accommodate not only aluminum, stainless steel, and brass but also special metal materials. We can also process special materials such as acrylic, glass epoxy, and Delrin, as well as molybdenum. Surface treatments such as plating and painting are also available. Racks and Cases We perform additional processing and silk screening on standard manufacturer products. We will purchase the specified model and drill holes for components. Additionally, we design and manufacture subracks primarily made of aluminum sheet metal. Software We develop software that cannot be realized with general-purpose software, regardless of applications such as FA (Factory Automation) and OA (Office Automation). Our in-house production management system is built based on extensive experience within our company.
