The final quality of precision sheet metal processing is determined by the welding process. The welding process is not simply a matter of introducing the latest equipment to achieve high-precision welding; it is much more complex than that. It requires skilled welding techniques, know-how to select appropriate welding methods based on material and processing conditions, and workbenches with minimal horizontal and vertical errors that enable high-quality welding. A combination of various factors contributes to achieving high-quality welding. At our company, we have: 1. A group of welding craftsmen with a 50-year history in sheet metal processing. 2. Dedicated welding workbenches for each craftsman, known as '3D Welding Jigs.' 3. A large number of welding machines and welding robots. In this environment, we pursue even higher quality welding processing.

Free membership registrationOur company has various welding equipment, including TIG welding, MAG welding, YAG laser welding, and arc welding, allowing us to use the optimal welding method depending on the material and welding conditions. We are capable of welding three-dimensional products ranging from thin to thick materials (enclosures, frames, and various types of square and round pipe frames). By regularly conducting in-house welding standard tests, we aim to improve the skills of our welders, and by using 3D welding tables, we reduce distortion and achieve high-precision products. Additionally, we prioritize the aesthetics of our products by actively utilizing robotic welding machines. For our welding workstations, we have adopted the 3D welding tables from the German company SIEGMUND. The powerful clamping tools and grid structure of the tables facilitate positioning and are specialized for welding tasks, enabling high-precision welding with minimal distortion.

Free membership registrationThe machine frame that serves as the base and skeleton of industrial machinery requires high-precision processing. A key aspect of machine frame manufacturing is achieving complete vertical, horizontal, and diagonal dimensions. This necessitates distortion-free welding and the accuracy of positioning holes and taps. Additionally, during this process, tasks such as distortion correction in welding also arise. At Esteelink, we implement various innovations and capital investments to achieve high precision and high productivity in machine frame manufacturing. By ensuring integrated production from laser processing to welding, machining, and painting, we achieve high productivity and short delivery times. Please feel free to consult us when considering your options.

Free membership registrationOur company has introduced a pipe laser (tube laser) processing machine. The photo shows an example of processing SUS square pipe 25x25x1.5t. Traditional pipe processing required molds according to the shape of the holes, or it had to be done using machining. However, with the introduction of pipe laser cutting technology, it is now possible to process complex hole shapes without the need for molds. Additionally, by using the pipe laser processing machine, we have achieved cost reduction and shortened delivery times compared to traditional pipe processing. We also accept processing from a single piece, such as prototypes. Of course, please consult us for mass production processing as well. From prototypes to mass production, we consistently respond to our customers' needs. There are unique processing characteristics specific to pipe laser cutting, so please feel free to contact us for more information. ■ Este-Link HP https://www.st-link.co.jp/ ■ Information on the deburring machine Metal Este can be found here https://www.baritoriki.jp/

Free membership registrationProcessing of steel pipes such as square pipes and round pipes was limited to methods like press processing (notching and drilling at the ends) and drilling with a drill. Pipe laser processing is a revolutionary method that allows for the processing of pipe shapes, which was previously labor-intensive, to be done in a single laser processing step. Since there is no need to create molds, the lead time is short, production costs can be significantly reduced, and manufacturing efficiency is greatly improved. Our company operates two pipe laser processing machines: one from TRUMPF, known for its world-class processing speed, and another from the Italian company ADIGE (part of the BLM Group). The laser output is powerful enough to handle the processing of aluminum, copper, and brass pipes, which were difficult with conventional machines, as well as cutting thick-walled and heavy pipes. We can provide high-speed processing for thick stainless steel pipes, mild steel pipes, aluminum pipes, copper pipes, and brass pipes. We can accommodate not only small lots and prototypes, which would be wasteful to create molds for, but also mass production with competitive production volumes and pricing. 【Supports Bevel Processing】 By rotating the processing head, cutting can be performed at angles other than vertical to the processing surface. Specifically, it is possible to drill holes at an angle along the axis and to create counterbores in the hole areas.
