We would like to introduce a case where QBIT's "QUBIC" technology is used in the advanced management system of service robots by NTT East's e-city labo. As the introduction of various service robots such as delivery robots, security robots, and cleaning robots progresses, it is necessary for each robot to work in coordination, managing traffic among the robots and utilizing facilities like elevators and automatic doors. However, the current situation is that coordination is difficult due to differences in manufacturers. The company has achieved the operation of multiple robots from different manufacturers and models working together. 【Challenges in Robot Control】 - Responding to changes in the number of robots or configuration changes - Individually addressing differences in sequences for each customer's environment - Responding to software version upgrades and other updates - Rapid detection and response to faults and issues (remote support) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the development of a robot delivery system for apartments in collaboration with Fulltime System Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of delivery lockers. The system includes a "pallet robot" that can automatically retrieve packages from the delivery box, a "transport robot" that receives packages from the pallet robot and can deliver them in front of residences, and a central control system that integratively manages and controls an "elevator linkage device" that enables coordination with elevators, all designed and developed in-house. This solution has been awarded the "2023 Good Design Award." [Flow of the Robot Delivery System] - By reducing the occupancy rate of lockers, delivery efficiency is improved, enhancing the efficiency of logistics companies. - The pallet robot automatically retrieves packages from the locker and loads them onto the delivery robot. - With elevator linkage, the robot can automatically call the elevator. - Package receipt can be done in two ways: direct receipt or placed delivery. - In conjunction with the intercom, it is possible to check for package availability and issue delivery instructions to the robot. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
