Our company operates a call center with a structure of 500 staff across five locations in Japan (two in Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture; one in Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture; one in Omuta City, Fukuoka Prefecture; and one in Arao City, Kumamoto Prefecture) as an NTT sales agent. We are also actively working on expanding new businesses, such as agency operations and support for the introduction of cashless payment systems. We implement a reassuring and thorough training program for inexperienced individuals and are focusing on nurturing the next generation of talent.
