Due to the prevalence of precision metal parts, we maintain strict temperature control at 23°C ± 1°C at all times. We have been doing business with Japan for many years, leveraging excellent equipment and the expertise of our engineers to consistently provide "high quality," "short delivery times," and "low prices." By utilizing an ERP system, we establish scientific production plans, and all products are managed with barcodes, allowing us to monitor progress at any time. 1) Precision machining of parts such as plastic molds, press molds, and forged molds. We accommodate various types of steel, carbide, non-ferrous metals, and other materials. Heat treatment and surface treatment are also available. 2) Design and manufacturing of plastic injection molding molds. 3) Others We also accept requests for the production of molds other than plastic molds based on your needs and consultations. Precision machining of parts related to jigs and equipment is also available.
