We cultivate the flavors of Kagoshima with care and attention, adjusting according to the climate and seasons.

Our company is a brewery that produces soy sauce from the raw material "moromi." We make "moromi" from soybeans, wheat, and salt, and then traditionally wrap it in cloth and press it to create raw soy sauce. In addition to soy sauce and miso production, we are also focused on manufacturing processed foods such as "men-tsuyu" (noodle dipping sauce) and "kurobuta miso" (black pork miso).
