Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where our smoothies were implemented at Mizukoshi Hakimono Store located in the Chuo Ward of Fukuoka City, in the Karujinmachi area. For the introduction of the smoothies, we renovated a part of the store that was originally a back yard into a kitchen space and installed a takeout window facing the shopping street. The cooking and sales area is only about 2 tsubo (approximately 6.6 square meters), but it has been transformed into a space that makes efficient use of the area and allows for smooth operations. However, issues related to waste made it difficult to realize those additions. In this context, they found our smoothies, which do not generate waste, appealing. Additionally, the ability to utilize existing equipment for a low-cost introduction and the simple operation that reduces the burden on staff were key factors in the decision to implement our products.
