Our representative has been involved in practical work on automotive production lines, machining centers, and resin molding production lines, as well as production management and production technology, including design, processing, and maintenance work for over 20 years. With experience on both sides—using production equipment in the field and manufacturing production equipment as a production technologist—I believe I can understand the thoughts of field workers and the perspectives of engineers. We can offer process improvements and proposals from the viewpoints of both the field and our customers, leveraging our past experiences. Additionally, we can provide support and advice for problem-solving in collaboration with our customers, including follow-up assistance.
