Pico Technology Ltd, a leader in the PC-based T&M product field, has released the latest version of PicoScope software, PicoScope 7.1.39. This new version of the software includes the following features: • An annotation feature that can be placed over waveforms. Arrows can be used to highlight and explain specific waveform events, characteristics, and anomalies. These can be documented and shared as images, or saved as .psdata files for printing. • Keyboard shortcuts that enable quick navigation and operation of PicoScope, allowing tasks to be performed quickly and easily. • A 10BASE-T1S decoder for automotive Ethernet testing. • New power measurement and mathematical function capabilities: crest factor, DC power, AC area, DC area (net, positive variable, negative variable, absolute variable). • Command line batch conversion from PicoScope .psdata file format to .csv, .txt, and MATLAB (.mat) file formats (currently available for Windows only).

Pico Technology's proprietary Sampler-Extended Real-Time Oscilloscope (SXRTO) technology combines the capabilities of traditional real-time sampling with those of sampling oscilloscopes, making it an optimal solution for engineers working in either field.
