The SXRTO sampler is a broadband oscilloscope that combines the functions of a real-time oscilloscope and a sampling oscilloscope that achieves broadband capabilities. Thanks to SXRTO technology, it enables broadband measurements at a low cost. With random equivalent time sampling at 5 TS/s, it achieves a time resolution of up to 0.2 ps.
