Since the Edo period, we have been dedicated to our craft. Suzuhiro's kamaboko making will continue to be straightforward.
Our company uses natural ingredients, completely avoiding chemical seasonings and preservatives to make kamaboko. Even with the introduction of machine production, we continue to cherish and preserve products made solely by skilled artisans. Additionally, while valuing traditional kamaboko-making, we are also engaged in the development of new technologies.
