The "SX-1100" is a non-contact thickness gauge that can accurately measure thin objects such as films. By combining a weak X-ray source with a high-sensitivity detector, it achieves both high precision and safety. It can accurately and stably measure black films, which are difficult to measure with infrared thickness gauges, and the thickness of films during transport, which tends to have large errors with laser displacement gauges. We also offer the β-ray thickness gauge "SB-1100," which uses a high-sensitivity scintillation detector.
