Supports casting of thin and thick materials, complex shapes, and three-part molds! Producing cast products with a beautiful surface finish.

Our company flexibly accommodates prototype single items, small lots, and short delivery times. We extensively use the labor-intensive "chilled metal" and control it to prevent defects and issues from occurring. We use a "vibration table (manufactured by Toyo Machinery Works)" in our molding line, which allows us to compact the sand tightly, resulting in beautifully finished cast products.
