Our company, Thermolysis, was established in 2016. Since its founding, we have continued to work on the research and development of microwave-based CFRP recycling technology and the reform of equipment, holding multiple patents. The microwave-based CFRP recycling technology efficiently decomposes resins contained in CFRP using a groundbreaking new method, allowing for the recovery of high-quality carbon fibers. The greatest advantage of this technology is that there is minimal loss of carbon fibers when the resin is heated and decomposed by microwaves. Recycled carbon fibers can provide high-quality solutions when reused in new products. Furthermore, by using microwaves, heating time is reduced, and energy efficiency is improved. Compared to traditional high-temperature pyrolysis methods, this technology reduces environmental impact, lowers CO2 emissions, and promotes a circular economy. With this unique technology, we aim to become a leader in the carbon fiber recycling industry.
