It is possible to mass-produce 100% carbon fiber non-woven fabric. Additionally, it can be customized with composite materials such as TPU, FRPC, PA6, PP, PPS, and PET. By impregnating the carbon fiber non-woven fabric with thermosetting and thermoplastic resins, prepregs can be made. It is also possible to process them into thermoplastic laminates or thermoformed products.
