Made from 100% RCF carbon fiber. Our pellets enhance the strength and rigidity of materials by mixing recycled carbon fiber with plastic resins. Depending on customer needs, composite materials such as PA6, TPU, PP, and PC can be customized in the range of 10% to 30%. Our uniquely processed recycled carbon fiber pellets are of exceptional quality and maintain high-strength physical properties. The pellets mixed with plastic materials possess excellent characteristics such as high strength, high rigidity, wear resistance, conductivity, and lightweight. The shape of the pellets is particularly suitable for injection molding, extrusion molding, and compression molding.

The length of the recycled carbon fiber is 6 to 10 cm. It is possible to mass-produce 100% carbon fiber non-woven fabric. Additionally, it can be customized with composite materials such as TPU, FRPC, PA6, PP, PPS, and PET. By impregnating the carbon fiber non-woven fabric with thermosetting and thermoplastic resins, prepregs can be made. It is also possible to process them into thermoplastic laminates or thermoformed products.
