Towards the revival of cotton, aiming for natural fibers suited to the times, responding to the SDGs, and bringing "high-performance cotton products" to the world.
Functional cotton products" already exist, but there are few that satisfy in terms of wash durability and functional effectiveness, and they have been accepted with the mindset of "it's just cotton, so it can't be helped." However, we asked ourselves, "What is truly needed?" and "What can KB Tsuzuki do?" The answer we arrived at was to "overcome the weaknesses of cotton and create functional cotton yarn that can compete with synthetic fibers." After 55 years since the birth of the TNS (Tsuzuki New Spinning System), we have finally completed a cotton yarn that surpasses conventional wisdom about cotton by consolidating the technologies we have developed so far. This is the functional cotton yarn "Fiber Force Cotton." Moving forward, we will continue to strive for new technological developments towards "dynamic cotton yarn.
Business Activities
In Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, there is Izumo Taisha, a shrine known for matchmaking. Here, at the Izumo factory with a history of 55 years, we engage in cotton spinning. We are particularly focused on producing high-quality cotton yarn based on our unique technology, the "TNS method." Not only do we specialize in spinning, but our affiliated company, Tsuzuki Bo Imabari, has a system in place for consistent production that includes dyeing and finishing processes.
