In recent years, the issue of marine pollution caused by microplastics has become serious, and a return to biodegradable natural fibers has begun. As a company pursuing the potential of natural fibers in response to the needs of the times (SDGs), we are developing functional cotton yarns. This time, we have developed a high-performance non-woven fabric made of 100% cotton using the spunlace method, incorporating functionality at the sliver stage before spinning. As the first phase, we have completed a non-woven fabric with antibacterial and deodorizing functions. Additionally, we can produce various functions such as deodorization, UV protection, and water repellency, which have proven successful in spun yarns, according to the intended applications. We can also supply functional cotton (fiber). Please consider blending with other materials.
