The customer was concerned that "a large machine would not be cost-effective" and "processing costs would be considerable, so we want to keep expenses as low as possible." Therefore, we worked together with our partner company to create a solution tailored to the customer's needs. The customer was very satisfied, stating that all their concerns had been resolved. Additionally, since there are similar products, we designed the machine to also accommodate those, allowing us to solve issues with other products simultaneously. Our company is also capable of producing the necessary machinery for the process.
