We began our journey by creating an automated shift scheduling system to address the challenge of nursing shortages. Our important mission was to streamline the complex task of creating schedules while ensuring compliance with regulations regarding personnel allocation through simulation. Now, the shortage of workers is becoming serious not only among nurses but across all professions. There is a growing demand for flexible and sustainable work styles that enhance individual productivity and for appropriate personnel allocation that reflects the realities of the workplace, in order to maximize the potential of limited human resources. Through the provision of "Work Style Meister," we will support the advanced optimization of work-life balance and service levels in shift-based workplaces. We aim to pursue the optimization of work styles that not only brings happiness to managers but also to workers, tackling the social issue of labor shortages.
