We have developed a "rapid cooling device" that uses mist, high-pressure air, and fans as cooling sources. When the product is above 100°C, it is rapidly cooled with high-pressure air while controlling the amount of mist, and when it is below 100°C, it is cooled with a fan to ensure no water remains.
