Sakurai Kousan, based on the heat treatment technology and know-how cultivated through many years of tradition since its founding, consistently pursues "high precision, high quality, low cost, and short delivery times." We respond to increasingly complex and diverse customer needs to the fullest extent. We have installed large furnaces capable of heat treatment for various shapes and materials, including a mass production continuous furnace that accommodates round steel bars up to 12 meters in length, and can handle everything from large items weighing 5 tons to small items measured in grams. We are always looking towards the future of metal heat treatment, continuously leading the way in technology and equipment. Additionally, in 2006, we simultaneously acquired ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
