We would like to introduce a case of producing cosmetic boxes for Esti Medical Co., Ltd., a medical-related product manufacturer headquartered in Tokyo. In response to the request to "meet directly with a vendor that can handle small lots and discuss," we took samples of four types of existing products (plain boxes) and submitted a quote for color boxes with branding in the same shape. We informed them that the paper thickness of the conventional products was somewhat thin, and we provided a quote with samples that had increased strength. After aligning on cost, we were chosen as their new partner.
