Our company is a manufacturer with a standard motor lineup, while also having the capability to design, develop, and mass-produce custom motors tailored to our customers' needs. In addition to requests for the development of special motors such as AC servo motors, flat-type brushless motors, ultra-compact high-torque brushless motors, brushless motors with built-in planetary gears, and high-current brushless motor units (motors and drivers), we often receive requests for the development of drivers for these motors as well. Recently, there has been an increase in requests for the development of control boards that meet customer needs, such as miniaturization of products and reduction of product costs. ■□■ Proposal for electronic circuit boards with CPUs, ideal for miniaturizing devices ■□■ For miniaturizing devices, we recommend electronic circuit boards equipped with CPUs, as they can reduce the number of components. Changes in functionality or additional features can be addressed through software modifications, allowing for the expansion of drive functionality. Furthermore, since it is possible to increase specification variations with a single board, equipping it with a CPU can lead to a reduction in initial investment costs when expanding the lineup. *Of course, we also have many achievements in producing boards without CPUs at lower development costs.
