By using dry ice beads, we can solve the problem of contamination of products with impurities, and dry grinding allows for grinding down to the nano to sub-micron range. While the recovery from conventional bead mill processing is in a slurry form, the recovery from grinding in liquid nitrogen becomes powder. This is a large-scale production model of the high-efficiency bead mill, Neo Alpha Mill. Its long body prevents short passes and generates a high-density layer of beads in the grinding chamber, significantly reducing "residual coarse particles" that can lead to quality deterioration. The patented Delta-V disk technology creates a highly efficient dispersion layer, providing high-quality nano slurries with a sharp particle size distribution. It enables rapid and large-scale production of nanoparticles through high-flow circulation. It is also compatible with microbeads of φ0.05mm. The batch-type bead mill "BSG" is an explosion-proof model of the Easy Nano RMB. It can accommodate volumes from 100ml to 100L class. The small model allows for easy removal of the entire vessel, while the medium and large models feature a stirring shaft that can be raised and lowered, and the vessel is designed to be tiltable for complete recovery of the processing liquid, making cleaning extremely easy. Additionally, by incorporating a vacuum device, it enables degassing and vacuum dispersion grinding, and for low to medium viscosity liquids, it is also possible to transfer the product to the tank under vacuum.
