The test box enables simultaneous measurement of power semiconductor wafers, ranging from 1 to a maximum of 32, by combining them with our test system. The test box is compatible with probe cards from other manufacturers, allowing connections with probe cards from different makers. Additionally, the main test system supports up to 2000V/30A, making it ideal for measuring power semiconductors such as IGBTs, FRDs, SBDs, and MOSFETs.

The AC12B is a standard distortion wave generator for calibrating audio analyzers and distortion meters. It generates accurate distortion waves from -10dB (31.6%) to -90dB (0.00316%) at six fundamental frequencies (20Hz, 100Hz, 400Hz, 1kHz, 10kHz, 20kHz), and can be set in 1dB steps. Due to its high stability and high accuracy characteristics, the output voltage can also be used for calibrating voltmeters.

Shibasoku has started accepting paid upgrades for the HDMI output unit TG35AX003 (optional), exclusively for the TG35AX/BX/CX digital test signal generator. TG35AX003 is an output unit compliant with HDMI Version 1.1, and the upgrade will enable the output of two new HDMI output formats (VIC 16: 1920*1080p at 59.94/60Hz, VIC 31: 1920*1080p at 50Hz). The HDMI Tx PHY will be replaced from SiI9190 to SiI9030, and a firmware update compatible with SiI9030 will be performed.

TG45BX003 is a dedicated HDMI Version 1.3 compliant dual output option unit for the TG45AX test signal generator. The video system supports Primary and Optional (up to 165MHz) and outputs over 50 types of test signals built into the TG45AX main unit. The audio system supports Basic Audio with a sampling frequency covering up to 192kHz. External audio input is also possible. For outputting natural images and resolution charts via HDMI, a separate purchase is required. Some natural images and resolution charts support 12-bit gradation.

TG45AX001 is a serial digital output option exclusively for the TG45AX test signal generator. It can output HD-SDI or SD-SDI (D1) by switching. HD-SDI is a single-link 4:2:2 10-bit format. In addition to the more than 50 test signals built into the TG45AX itself, it can also output optional natural images and resolution charts with variable levels. Furthermore, both HD-SDI (excluding 720 24p and 720 23.98p) and SD-SDI can output 8-channel embedded audio, with settings for sine wave frequency per channel, variable levels, and MUTE ON/OFF capabilities.

"TG45AX503" is a test signal data for HDTV (1080 lines) and SDTV 3:4 (576 lines) that complies with the SJ standard established by the Chinese electronics industry. It is installed in the TG45AX test signal generator and outputs the original composite test signal data from Tianjin University according to the SJ/T11348-2006 standard. The SJ/T11348-2006 standard specifies the evaluation method for flat panel TVs intended for the Chinese market, and the test signal data incorporates its content. The TG45AX video signal generator, along with the separately sold "TG45AX501" or "TG45AX502," provides a rich array of test signals for flat panel TVs, CRT TVs, rear projection TVs, displays, and projectors intended for the Chinese market.

TG45AX002 is a dedicated LVDS output option for the TG45AX test signal generator. It outputs up to 12-bit LVDS for display panels that are advancing in high resolution and wide color gamut. Depending on the dot clock frequency, it can switch output in single-phase mode (20-135MHz), dual-phase mode (40-270MHz), and quad-phase mode (80-400MHz), and it also allows switching of the grayscale for each RGB channel between 8, 10, and 12 bits (8-bit grayscale for dot clock frequencies above 200MHz). The test signals from the TG45AX itself can output natural image signals, and additionally, it can output in conjunction with variable functions such as adjustable signal levels, frequencies, and phases.

The AM50C is a built-in oscillator (10Hz-109.9kHz) audio analyzer.
