The WL05VZ Optimized DC Test System is a DC test system targeting power and battery ICs known as volume zone ICs, which are mounted in mobile products. These ICs are advancing in high precision and compact packaging, and the test system meets the demand for high-precision, high-cost-performance testers. The WL05VZ is equipped with newly developed high-precision PPS, high-precision power VI sources, photomosaic matrices, and time modules, and by enhancing calibration functions, it eliminates measurement errors between calibration and devices, achieving high-precision and stable measurements. It comes standard with a GUI as a human interface, providing an excellent operational environment and enhanced software for network environments. Additionally, it achieves compact design, space-saving, and energy efficiency compared to other products, and has developed a photomosaic matrix that does not use mercury relays, taking environmental considerations into account.
