TOMOEGAWA's Copper Fiber Sheet is a 100% copper sheet. Sheets produced using papermaking technology combine “the electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of copper” and “the porous and cushioning properties of paper”. [Features] 1. High heat dissipation properties The specific surface area is approximately 10 times geater than that of copper foil, resulting in high heat dissipation due to its porous structure. 2. Flexibility like paper It is highly flexible and can absorb thermal dimensional changes caused by differences in the coefficient of linear expansion. 3.
