The "U Series" is a compact machining center that enables flexible indexing and process integration. Equipped with a newly developed inclined rotary table with a maximum diameter of 500 in the fixture area, it achieves multi-surface machining that changes the conventional understanding of category 30 through a combination of a 28-tool magazine. Additionally, by optimizing and speeding up the spindle start/stop, Z-axis movement, and magazine operation, it allows for high-speed tool changes, enabling tool exchanges for tools weighing up to 3 kg in the shortest time, and for tools weighing up to 4 kg with minimal time increase. Inheriting the spirit of overwhelming high productivity, a new challenge in processing areas begins. The phrase "This process too is Brother" expands even further. ■Large Stroke X1000mm Y500mm It has become possible to process large workpieces that were not feasible with previous 30-size machines. Additionally, the machine structure has been completely renewed to achieve high rigidity. ■High Productivity Thanks to Brother's unique technologies, such as high-speed tool changes and simultaneous motion control that positions each axis while changing tools, high productivity is achieved. ■High Reliability By designing the XY telescopic cover in a zigzag shape to facilitate chip flow and installing two chip shower pumps to double the flow rate, the chip discharge capability has been significantly improved. *This product complies with changes in government ordinances (export regulations/foreign exchange regulations).
