We offer a wide variety of industrial balls, including over 100 types of glass balls (such as BK-7), about 20 types of plastic balls (made from phenolic resin, polyester resin, epoxy glass, etc.), ceramic balls (such as zirconia, alumina, cubic zirconia, silicon nitride, etc.), about 20 types of steel balls (including chrome steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.), non-steel balls (such as brass, aluminum, titanium, etc.), quartz balls, silica balls, Pyrex balls, ruby balls, and sapphire balls. These industrial balls are used in various applications, such as optical balls, automotive parts, spacers, check valves, non-return valves, ball valves, bearings, roulette balls, pharmaceutical applicators, trackballs, cosmetic decorations, spray can nozzles, and balls for ball bearings. We can manufacture balls with diameters ranging from 0.2 mm to 177 mm, and we can also produce other sizes if there is a sufficient quantity. The precision of glass, ceramic, and sapphire balls is manufactured in accordance with AFBMA dimensional standards, starting from grade 3. For example, a 0.2 mm micro ball lens can be produced with a sphericity of 0.0762 μm (0.000003 inches), achieving high precision. Our plastic balls are produced through a consistent process from the development department to the final product, and materials such as phenolic resin, polyester resin, and epoxy glass resin can have their specific gravity adjusted, allowing them to replace other more expensive plastic balls and potentially reduce production costs to one-tenth in some cases. We also sell processed products made using these balls. These include optical balls with AR coatings applied to the entire surface, half-ball lenses processed into hemispheres, printed balls using pad printing technology (personalized keychains), drum ball lenses, and drill balls.
