In establishing the new factory, we were considering the introduction of deodorizing machines, but since the highly effective combustion-type deodorization systems are very costly, we were exploring alternatives. Since it was a recommendation from a reputable customer with proven results, we had a high level of trust and proceeded with the delivery of the water film scrubber (exhaust gas treatment device) "Deo-Riser" without a demonstration experiment. The deodorization effect of VOC gases, which are difficult to capture, has been recognized, and we have received repeat orders for other equipment.

During the cleaning of manufactured products with organic solvents, solvent odors were being emitted and flowing into the offices in a separate building, necessitating the effective capture of water-soluble organic solvents. By using one Deodorizer DR-30W to perform water film cleaning with an airflow of up to 450㎥/min, we successfully reduced the odor concentration, which exceeded 1000, to below 400 at all times. The effectiveness of the delivered dust collection and exhaust gas deodorization device, the Deodorizer, was recognized despite the difficulty in capturing VOC gases, leading to a repeat order. The previous issue involved a large outbreak of specific microorganisms in the groundwater that caused the screens to become clogged; however, this phenomenon was resolved by administering chlorine in a drip method and managing it at low concentrations.

The dust collection and deodorization device, Deolizer, was adopted due to its compact design that allows for installation in narrow spaces.

The exhaust gases from the painting drying furnace contain substances such as formaldehyde, resin, and tar, which led to persistent complaints from neighbors due to the irritating odors. Additionally, the factory had limited space for installing deodorizing equipment, making it seem difficult to implement. However, the scrubber deodorizer has a compact design that can be installed in tight spaces, leading to its adoption. Regarding the circulating water in the deodorizer, three months before the COD and BOD values reverse is considered the appropriate time for replacement. After primary treatment with the deodorizer, the concentration was reduced to 2 ppm, improving to a level that allows for exhaust without the need for a secondary treatment system, completely eliminating complaints from neighbors. Furthermore, the water that captures odor components in the shower becomes formalin, but aeration by the Aqua Blaster promotes aerobic decomposition, allowing it to be reused as circulating water. Additionally, since resin and tar substances are also decomposed, there is no adhesion to the pit walls, helping to reduce running costs, which has been very well received.

In 2008, a wastewater treatment system was delivered to a bus depot (commonly known as a maintenance and washing facility). The oil balls on the water surface and those that sank to the bottom were regularly manually retrieved and disposed of as industrial waste. As a result of installing the Aqua Blaster, the BOD removal rate improved significantly to 80%, and the removal rate of n-hexane extractable substances improved to 82%.
