By pre-integrating Edge Impulse's AI development tools with Advantech's edge computing products (such as AI industrial motherboards, inference systems, AI servers, industrial AI cameras, and development kits), the barriers to AI development will be significantly reduced, allowing companies to quickly build and deploy AI projects. By combining the technologies of both companies, the workflow from AI model training to optimization, deployment, and monitoring can be streamlined, enabling reductions in development time and resources. 【Special Feature Site Released】 "EdgeBMC (Edge Baseboard Management Controller)" is a proprietary specification of Advantech. The "EdgeBMC" chip mounted on the motherboard allows for out-of-band management (OOBM) of the device, enabling control even when the edge device is powered off or the OS is unresponsive. Administrators can access the device regardless of its power state or whether it is inside or outside the firewall, thus reducing downtime in case of emergencies and contributing to increased productivity through remote management solutions.
