Our company exhibited at the "TC Symposium 2025," continuing from last year. The TC Symposium is an annual event held in Kyoto, attracting many stakeholders involved in the creation of manuals and instruction manuals. This time, in addition to our booth exhibition, our representative, Hashimoto, engaged in lively discussions related to manuals and instruction manuals in three planned sessions: - "What happened after the CMS implementation? - The challenges before implementation, the results after implementation, and the future of CMS" - "The future workplace and colleagues - Communication in a diversifying work environment" - "Updating workflows using generative AI! - Streamlining the creation of 'user information' to this extent" In these three sessions, aligned with the main theme "Shall we take it easy? Data utilization - How far has the production site progressed?", discussions covered various topics, including user cases of manual CMS, how to appeal to management, communication with the increasing number of foreign workers, and how to utilize generative AI in translation. This time, we would like to share insights and realizations gained from the discussions from the perspective of our representative who actually took the stage.

CyberTech launched its owned media "WordPress News" related to the world's most widely used web CMS, "WordPress," on September 1, 2025. Regarding WordPress, information about new versions, security alerts, and plugins is announced promptly in English-speaking regions. CyberTech has its own offshore base in Cebu, Philippines, which is an English-speaking area, allowing us to constantly obtain the latest information on WordPress. As a result, we can provide speedy information on WordPress to those who register as members (registration is free). CyberTech will develop "WordPress News" as a highly valuable owned media to support many Japanese companies utilizing WordPress.

CyberTech Co., Ltd. will upgrade its manual CMS product "PMX," which also contributes to the promotion of DX, and will begin offering Version 6.4 (scheduled release date: June 1, 2025). This version upgrade enhances the differential translation feature, which is effective when revising multilingual manuals, as well as the functionality for handling terminology and variables in multiple languages. This not only leads to further reductions in the time and efficiency required for manual production but also allows for improved quality. Additionally, support for inline frames has been strengthened in HTML manuals, enabling the output of HTML manuals that utilize various external content, including the highly demanded YouTube. CyberTech aims to provide a manual creation support system "PMX" that is "by Japanese companies, for Japanese companies," and will continue to enhance its features to make it more accessible for everyone to use in the cloud, further contributing to the promotion of DX.
