The jumbo-sized filter is a filtration system that uses a stainless steel filter housing "HIFP-F-17 type" and a dedicated filter cartridge "JPEP type." It can handle a large flow rate with low pressure loss compared to conventional filter cartridges. With a processing capacity of 300 to 560 L/min per unit, it can handle a very high flow rate, significantly reducing the number of filter cartridges typically used. Additionally, having fewer cartridges greatly minimizes the hassle of filter replacement. Moreover, jumbo-sized cartridges with a rating of 5μm or higher can be reused several times by washing away coarse debris that adheres to the filter's filtration surface.

This is a small, low-cost single-type resin filter housing. It is compact and can accommodate general filtration filters with an outer diameter of around 70mm to 115mm, both domestically and internationally. The main body is made of materials such as polypropylene and AS resin, making it suitable for a wide range of fluid filtration, from coarse filtration filters to precision filtration filters. This product is a filter cartridge that efficiently adsorbs and removes oil components such as gasoline and oil in an emulsion state, which are finely dispersed in liquid. It is possible to remove oil contamination in an emulsion state, which cannot be separated by floating or settling, simply by passing water through the filter. The "STB type/ST type" is a single-type housing. Since the main body material is made of stainless steel, it has excellent corrosion resistance compared to plastic filter housings and can be used with chemical solvents as well. *Please check the corrosion resistance of the material before use if it is to be used with liquids other than water.
