The IEP Series is an inline high-speed dispense valve that exhibits stable performance under 2-way, normal close, high temperature/high pressure conditions. The welded port made of stainless steel is sized to fit standard 1/16 inch inner diameter ferrule compression fittings. We provide nozzles that can achieve precise fluid dispensing or spraying. These nozzles are available in several different mounting styles and can be directly connected to the high-speed solenoid valve "VHS Series" or used with flexible tubing. When connected directly to the VHS valve, the flow between the valve sealing surface and the nozzle is minimized, improving the response time at the system level. The precision orifice incorporated into the dispensing nozzle allows for the application of accurate spherical droplets of approximately 10 nL, and by using multiple nozzles, applications in the milliliter range are also possible. The spray nozzles are available in both air-assisted and airless designs. The air-assisted nozzle achieves atomization with just 5 psi of liquid and air, while the airless nozzle achieves atomization with only 30 psi without the need for an external air source.

These normally closed two-way valves accommodate bidirectional flow and utilize contoured internal flow paths designed to achieve complete flushing functionality. The LFV series solenoid valve is a compact electromagnetic valve with high chemical resistance, capable of being used bidirectionally without distinguishing between IN and OUT, and designed for two-way NC operation. It can handle both positive and negative pressure situations at the inlet and outlet of pumps. The flow path inside the valve is isolated from the coil and plunger by a coating made of highly chemical-resistant materials such as FFKM.
