The "VHS Series" is a 2-way normal close inline valve designed for high-precision dispensing applications in the range of nanoliters, microliters, and milliliters. With ultra-fast response times, it is ideal for precise fluid adjustments and reproducible droplet dispensing. Due to its small size, the valve can be installed in tight spaces, even directly above well plate arrays. It is provided with integrated precision orifices, nozzles, screens, or MINSTAC connectors for connecting tubes. Each valve is 100% function tested and designed using materials that ensure consistent performance over the long term. Features: ■ High-speed response: minimum 250 μs, maximum 1,200 Hz operation ■ Compact size with a diameter of less than 6 mm ■ Versatile dispensing: from a minimum of 10 nL to a maximum of milliliters ■ Operating pressure: up to 828 kPaG ■ Low internal volume: 30 μL ■ Lifespan of over 250 million cycles ■ Compatibility with common reagents, bodily fluids, and solvents

1. 062 MINSTAC OUTLET model This port is compatible with optional dispensing/spray nozzles, making it easy to adjust various discharge volumes. 2. MOLDED PORT OUTLET model This port is designed to connect a flexible tube for attaching a precision nozzle downstream of the valve. This flexibility allows the nozzle to be positioned closer to the dispensing target, enabling the valve to be placed further away. 3. HYPODERMIC PORT OUTLET model This port allows for dispensing droplets of approximately 20 nL and actual time-measured dispensing of up to 1 ml. With an optional sleeve, the dispensed fluid can be injected directly and accurately into the flow through the manifold. 4. INTEGRATED ORIFICE OUTLET model This port features a sapphire orifice and can discharge droplets ranging from 10 nL to μL directly from the valve itself. The IO style allows for easy cleaning within the valve, while the LT style incorporates an internal pressure compensation bladder, ensuring droplets maintain integrity and can travel further.
