Are you making this mistake with water removal on your workpiece? With the intermittent air blown from standard air nozzles or air knives, water droplets smaller than 1mm cannot be blown away due to the influence of "surface tension"; they can only move around. Therefore, no matter how strong the air blow is, surface tension continues to act, preventing droplets smaller than 1mm from being blown away, and the workpiece cannot be completely dried. To blow away these small droplets, it is necessary to change the "quality" of the air. Our "Air Screw Nozzle" processes the air into cut air within the nozzle. The "puff-puff" of cut air is released.
