We would like to introduce the "Press-in Machine" that we handle. This device automatically performs the pressurization process on materials placed in a designated jig, records data such as force and position during pressurization, and conducts judgment (pass/fail) as well. By adopting a high-rigidity stage, it suppresses deflection during pressurization and displays pressurization data on an operation panel (touch panel). We would like to introduce the "Automatic Height Measurement Device" that we handle. This device automatically positions and clamps workpieces, such as cast parts received from the transport line, and performs height measurements at multiple stations. It judges and records the measurement results and discharges them to the next process. It ensures traceability through management linked to the work ID and reduces the burden on operators with the use of transport robots. We would like to introduce the "automatic filling device" that we handle. The operator sets the filling tube component in the parts stocker, selects the product type (recipe) on the operation screen, and starts the operation. After the device performs the attachment and fastening of the end components, it connects to the filling container and fills the inside of the filling tube by measuring and injecting the filling material in a dispersed state and by high-pressure solvent delivery. After filling, the filling tube is detached following the prescribed vacuum procedure, and after finishing the end surface, reattaching the end components, and applying labels, it is stored in the product stocker. We would like to introduce the "semi-automatic assembly device" that we handle. This device is a semi-automatic assembly machine that assembles the syringe body and plunger during the assembly process of syringe components. It supplies and aligns the syringes, transports the plunger to the designated position, and inserts it in the correct orientation. With the work positioning guide and insertion support mechanism, it suppresses posture misalignment and assembly variation during insertion. We would like to introduce our "Automatic Measurement Device for Product Dimensions." This device automatically and accurately measures the dimensions of workpieces produced in the casting process. It positions and clamps the workpiece using a reference base and measures multiple surfaces with a non-contact sensor. The measurement data is saved linked to the workpiece ID, supporting quality control and traceability. By managing measurement conditions through position correction based on a master reference and acquiring workpiece temperature, it also accommodates integration with transport equipment and upper systems.
