In the manufacturing of medical endoscopes, reliable quality control of image quality is essential. With the new ImageMaster Endo PRO, all relevant measurement parameters can be automatically measured in a single measurement process. This enables efficient quality management in production, including the issuance of measurement certificates. This highly flexible system measures not only eyeballs with a C-mount camera adapter but also endoscopes. The software offers numerous features to automate the measurement process, making it independent of the operator. For continuous measurements of the same type of endoscope, the setup time is less than one minute. The measurement time for all standard measurement parameters is under three minutes, allowing for at least 12 endoscopes to be measured in one hour.
