Commercial food waste disposer Sink Pia

SINKPIA JAPAN Co., Ltd. is engaged in the development and operation of safe and comfortable food waste treatment devices that solve the challenges of labor, cost, and hygiene management for various businesses that generate food waste daily. Our greatest strength lies in our advanced technical expertise specialized in food waste treatment, cultivated over many years. We have developed a unique group of microorganisms called "Sinkzyme" that maximally utilizes the power of diverse microorganisms found in nature to quickly biodegrade food waste and suppress unpleasant odors. Furthermore, to create an environment where this high-performance group of microorganisms can operate stably, we have established a "Microbial House," which is a high-density habitat that is less affected by water and excels in oxygen supply and microbial retention. By merging product development with innovative technology, we have achieved significant miniaturization compared to conventional machines while continuously and efficiently processing food waste. This allows for installation indoors without being limited by location, maximizing processing capacity while effectively utilizing limited space. SINKPIA JAPAN Co., Ltd. will continue to contribute to solving our customers' food waste treatment challenges and to realizing a sustainable society.

[Case Study of Food Waste Disposal Machine] Ichikawa Foods Co., Ltd. <GJ-100×3>

In line with the increase in production volume, we have added 100kg x 2 per day and 50kg per day, and currently, 4 units are in operation!

We would like to introduce a case study regarding the installation of the commercial food waste processor "GJ-100×3/GJ-50" at Ichikawa Foods Co., Ltd. We were consulted about the processing of konjac, which is troublesome due to its high moisture content, water retention, and strong odor. As a result, we were struggling with high processing costs when we saw the product at an exhibition. After providing ingredients and conducting a biodegradation test, we decided to proceed with the installation. Initially, we introduced a machine capable of processing 100 kg of konjac per day. Subsequently, in line with the increase in production volume, we added two machines for 100 kg per day and one for 50 kg per day, and currently, four machines are in operation. [Case Overview] - Daily processing of generated food waste - Ingredients were provided, and after conducting a biodegradation test, we decided to proceed with the installation - Initially, we introduced a machine capable of processing 100 kg of konjac per day - Added two machines for 100 kg per day and one for 50 kg in line with the increase in production volume *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Thanks to its unique microbial decomposition technology, the organic waste input is decomposed into liquid form in about 24 hours, and there is no need to remove any residue. Since high-temperature heating treatment is not required, power consumption can be significantly reduced. It also produces minimal unpleasant odors and can be installed indoors, maintaining a hygienic working environment. By self-processing organic waste from places where it is generated, such as kitchens, waste storage areas, and business sites, it contributes to the realization of a sustainable society. **Benefits of Introducing Sink Pia:** - Reduction of transportation and incineration costs for organic waste - Improvement of sanitary conditions - Enhancement of work efficiency - Reduction of CO2 emissions - Contribution to achieving SDGs goals Sink Pia is an innovative product that solves issues related to organic waste processing. [Installation Example] Japan National Can Corporation

Process kitchen waste 'without transporting, without burning, on-site'.

We have installed the commercial food waste processor Sink Pia GJ-30 at Japan National Canned Foods Co., Ltd. (Ibaraki Prefecture). The development concept of Sink Pia is to "process food waste on-site without transporting or incinerating it," aiming for an environment where food waste is not generated from kitchens, waste storage areas, and businesses. The processing method involves microorganisms decomposing food waste into liquid form in about 24 hours, eliminating the need to remove residues. As long as the daily input does not exceed the limit, additional food waste can be added. The dedicated microorganisms for Sink Pia reside in high density within the processing tank, and appropriate stirring enhances the biodegradation efficiency, allowing for a compact design of the device. Moreover, since high-temperature heating treatment is unnecessary, the power consumption required to operate the device can be significantly reduced. With minimal unpleasant odors, it has become possible to install the device indoors, which was previously challenging. By placing it in kitchens, cleaning rooms, and processing areas, work efficiency has improved, contributing to work style reforms. This product contributes to CO2 reduction and the SDGs by enabling self-processing of food waste. It is being introduced to numerous business types from Hokkaido to Okinawa every month. The maintenance system after installation is also robust, ensuring comprehensive after-sales support.

[Installation Example] NEC Shonan Technical Center

Process kitchen waste 'without transporting, without burning, on-site'.

We are processing the cooking waste and leftover food generated daily in the employee cafeteria. Previously, we used a composting system located at an outdoor waste disposal site, which meant a long transportation route for the food waste generated in the cafeteria, and it was also necessary to retrieve the processed compost. With the new sink pier, the food waste we put in decomposes into liquid within 24 hours, eliminating the need for retrieval. Additionally, we confirmed with the local health department and installed it in the dishwashing room on the same floor as the kitchen, significantly shortening the transportation route for the food waste, which has been well received.
