The nano-resolution piezo positioning stage is a linear piezo positioning platform with a through hole, capable of moving objects with nanometer-level precision. The nano-resolution piezo positioning stage offers high reliability and high resolution, with excellent movement linearity and flatness, as well as greater mechanical strength. It is primarily used for applications such as microscope stepping movements, achieving fast steps and stable movements to enhance the resolution of optical systems. This includes applications in optical systems such as camera imaging process technology and biometric recognition technology. Notably, it features a large through hole in the center, which provides better optical path conditions for the optical system. The nano-resolution piezo positioning stage is mainly used for the alignment and adjustment of transparent precision optical devices and is utilized in conjunction with microscopes and analytical instruments for alignment and measurement. This includes scanning probe microscopy (e.g., atomic force microscopy), nanopositioning, measurement, biological research, microelectronics, micro-manipulation, and through-hole piezo positioning stages with up to three axes.
