Mikyo Manufacturing provides a consistent production system that develops, designs, manufactures, and supports testing machines and measurement devices tailored to the objectives and applications of customers in fields such as material research and development, as well as in accordance with material testing standards and methods. When measuring the durability of new materials, they are completely made-to-order. It can uniformly heat and compress long materials to achieve bonding. ◆ Precision Hot Roll Press Device for Prototyping This device compresses and rolls the cell using heated upper and lower rollers. It allows monitoring of whether the roller load is symmetrical. It enables evaluation of the uniformity of laminated cells after rolling. ◆ Heating Device for All-Solid-State Batteries Compatible with Glove Box IR-HP/GB According to the temperature characteristics of material screening, it heats and evaluates up to four solid-state batteries simultaneously without exposure to the atmosphere.
