We design and manufacture in-house, allowing us to create coil weighing machines tailored to our customers' specifications. We produce the TWC series, which weighs coils brought in by coil cars, the TWC-G series, which features a gate-type design allowing coil cars to pass through after delivering coils, and the TWC-S series, where coils are transported by overhead cranes and placed on a weighing platform with coil supports for weighing. We also accommodate the production of certified weighing instruments that can be used for transaction verification. We have numerous achievements catering to users in the steel and wire manufacturing industries, as well as primary processing companies.

There is a U-shaped weighing machine installed at the line end, as well as a gantry-type weighing machine that can be introduced without obstructing the flow of the transport line, allowing the coil car to turn around. Coils can be loaded onto the receiving section while still on the coil car, and weighing can be performed directly by lowering the cylinder of the coil car to place the coil on a load cell type scale. We have obtained type approval under the Weights and Measures Act, so we also manufacture certified coil weighing machines. We can also produce control panels that include system design and software development such as PLCs. Communication with the upper system and coil numbers can be exchanged via serial communication or BCD input/output, enabling the construction of a traceable system.

The load cell type digital scale is a coil weighing machine equipped with a V-shaped block (skid for coil support). We also accept orders for manufacturing certified products under Class 3 of the Weights and Measures Act. We can design the machine to fit the size and shape of the coils, and it is possible to change the size of the coil support skid, modify the weighing platform, and specify the resin material for the coil support section. Additionally, options such as coil overturn prevention frames and large external displays are available. We also handle the production of control panels that include not only weight display but also serial communication with higher-level systems and signal exchanges.
